We had a wonderful experience with Wilson! Everyone, from our sales guy (Sorry I forgot his name), to Taylor for the purchase signing, to Jerry with delivery was wonderful! Even in light of COVID hitting, everyone stayed in touch to keep us updated on delivery and rescheduling.nnBTW, Jerry was such a great delivery representative! Sales Manager Taylor treats customers like she is doing them a favor by providing any form of customer service. Should customers be insulted when asked to explain nebulous charges on the invoice? Is it really an imposition to provide customers with a closing time and expected date of delivery? Unbelievably poor customer experience. It seems our sales person Scott has no tools at his disposal and must on rely broken process and/or poorly managed people.

Very helpful all the time. Bought a very nice pontoon. They didn't try to upsell me, just listened and sold me the features I was looking for. Not pushing. I also purchased a great dock. They came and installed it to and did a great job. I would definitely buy another boat from here.
