They always make a great pizza, my girlfriend and I order here all the time and never have any problems. Friendly staff, good food, what more could you ask for?
Ordered online and 2 minutes later I get a call... saying driver is having car troubles.... I call bs the person at the store is just trying to close. I understand that completely. Just don't lie. Time to go to jets or somewhere that knows how to do business
The (new, I think?) female manager with the short hair gave me wonderful customer service. Made me feel very welcomed and made my pizza pickup a very quick and easy experience. Our team @ dogtopia love your crew!
October 24, 2020 - I ordered 2 large pizzas through their website with curb-side pickup. Website said pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived exactly 20 minutes later and notified them I was in the parking lot not once but twice, 20 minutes later still no pizza. I went into the store and told them I ordered 2 large pizzas 40 minutes ago and notified them twice and still haven’t received my pizzas 20 minutes after arriving. One of the workers said “sorry, I don’t know why it was not brought out to you”. One thing for sure, I use to frequent this location but no more, they lost my business forever.
This HH is phenomenal. I wanted to use a coupon, but when I got there, they said I had to order online. I tried to order, but was having major difficulties. One employee tried to help with no success. The manager honored the coupons anyway and the pizza and cheesy bread were fantastic. GREAT STAFF-GREAT FOOD.
