Hands down the absolute worst customer service of all time. They call me to inform me my order was ready and after I pick up they said and I quote “alright I’m pulling your order bye!” After I had already payed. Then after that they refused to wait the extra 5 minutes it would’ve taken me to drive over there because the time was 10. I’d understand normally but after being treated to rudely and receiving no apology? Who the hell hired these people
Jetz pizza on Orchard Lake and Maple Road is the greatest pizza restaurant of all time. Not only is the food amazing the hospitality at the employees give you is top-tier. Jets is the number one pizza franchise in the world and this might be the greatest pizza individual store in the world. Shots out to the manager for holding down the customers and the people we love you. Let’s get Jets!!!
Will is a great employee and defines exceptional customer service! If you have any issues at all just ask for him and he will take care of you.
Great takeout experience here during COVID. Wife & I agreed it was the best Jets pizza we've had. Staff very friendly on the phone too.
