Very timely! Courteous and respectful of my time, took less than 20 minutes to change locks. Scheduled re locking around my availability. Will definitely use services again.
Locked my only set of keys in my car. Since the lock/unlock button is located in the center console and there are no physical locks on the inside, I was unable to get into my car on my own. I called Metro Locksmith and spoke to someone immediately who was very polite. They said someone would be there shortly. 15 minutes later, the locksmith arrived, and he got into my car in less than 90 seconds. Very friendly, polite, and reasonably priced (

Chad was great. He gave me a GREAT price when I compared to other people. He came on a short notice and didn’t mind that it would be late in the evening. He was very patient and accommodating. He even helped me with my screen door and that wasn’t even part of the job—but he didn’t mind doing that to help me. I would strongly recommend using his services as I will if I ever need to again.
