I had a pretty bad issue with a brand new vehicle so I started looking into the lemon law. I searched and found many websites and firms. After calling some bigger places and just talking to secretaries I got frustrated. I am so glad I found Ron's website and contacted him. He took the time to listen to my issue and then explained the lemon law process so that I would know what to expect. After retaining his services he kept in constant communication through the whole process and answered any questions I had promptly. I am very pleased with the end result.
