In January I reached out with some questions about a new car we had purchased that had had a variety of electrical issues. Ron was kind enough to answer my questions even though we didn't have a case at the time.nnWe kept in touch periodically and a couple visits to the dealership for additional repairs 7 months later we filed a claim. Ron was extremely knowledgeable the whole way and very responsive to any questions we had. I have no doubt our claim was successful in large part because of the Ron's guidance and skill as an attorney.nnI hope none of you need him, but if you're reading this odds are you do. 10/10 would recommend.
