I absolutely love this location. The new trainer Brandon is very nice and a pleasure to work with for the group fitness classes. The location is clean and always adheres to safety policies. The staff are always welcoming and full of smiles.
Great place to workout and just shake the stress away. Very clean, equipped and good environment. Brandon is always smiling and happy to help in answering any question. Friendly staff. I love this PF location, best so far.
I pulled the mask beneath my nose to take a breather. Brandon and another staff member were pretty rude about it. I understand that it's your duty to make sure everyone is safe. But you should not put people who take pleasure enforcing rules (Brandon and the skinny boy with arm tattoos) in charge. They woke up today on a mission to let the planet fitness patrons know that they're in charge. My family and I will take our business elsewhere. Protecting your community is great, but you should re-train your staff on how to POLITELY do so.
Very friendly and helpful counter staff!! Clean, large, open, bright and airy. Not dingy, dark and smelly like a lot of gyms!!
