The trainer there name Caitlyn was absolutely phenomenal....I hope they treat her well and she doesn't quit ...Worth the drive
If I could give this place a 0 I would. Filthy gym, by the end of the day it looks disgusting. Barely any supervision by the trainers, which is very dangerous. But most importantly, this place is an absolute joke!!! I did not loose anywhere near the “guaranteed 20 lbs”. They do nothing but lie, then lie again, then lie some more. I was lied to several times throughout the process by Jeanette just to get me to sign up. They are the most dishonest people and only care about making a sale, save your $600 please. Also, they practice unsafely and have you take a supplement that has a side effect of being a blood thinner... I refused to take since I am in the medical field and realize the dangers of doing so. Much more effective and safer exercise and diet programs out there.
This place is great!! If youre looking for the all in one experience this is definitely it. Ive tried their program ... when I started I was 175 and now 2 weeks into the vegan nutritional program im down to 168 and SHREDDED it really works .. can't wait to see the changes to come in the next 4 weeks. All the people that go there are very encouraging and its like a community its the one of the things all VIP fitness has in common and people willing to help each other. Especially on their Facebook its great. Highly recommend from beginners to advance with their weight lifting program to cardio bootcamps
