Best place for party supply. Workers and manager are the best in town. Very helpful and courteous staff.
The Party City on Orchard Lake Rd is awesome. They went above and beyond this morning to make my moms 90th birthday special. Since our whole family was in quarantine, we were unable to do anything for our mom. Angie helped to order and get a beautiful balloon arrangement delivered!!! The balloons were perfect!
I placed an online order for in store pick up at 8am and it wasn’t ready until 8pm. While inconvenient, this wasn’t a deal breaker. When I arrived the next day to pick it up, there was only one (very very kind) woman at the front. That was it! Props to this lady for handling every customer solo and keeping her smile on.
Service was friendly and fast, store was clean and well stocked, I will return..
Have a lot of stuff, but the staff is rude and mean and I don't ever want to go back.
