I’ve been shopping at this location for 5+ years. The manager Jen and assistant manager Sarah are awesome. I had an issue with a damaged product at curbside pickup and they fixed the issue promptly and were very kind and professional. The customer service at this location is always good. They have everything I need in one spot for my children.

Sarah was the most helpful person for this transaction. I bought a gift card and didn’t know if the person received. Sarah went out of her way to find out for me if the person received it. Warning not to purchase any furniture from this company right now. Pandemic or no pandemic, we ordered furniture 9 weeks ago...when we paid for it, they told us 4-6 weeks. Still have not received anything. Worse, is we had a scheduled drop off yesterday, it never came. Today we talked with the store again, and the shipping company, they said it would be here by 3pm...it is past 4pm now.

Very very rude staff! Super disappointed with their behaviour ! They have absolute zero respect to you as a customer! I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant and stopped by this store 2 times and every time I was so ready to purchase the car seat and stroller then I got so disappointed that I left!!!! Seriously why they can’t just hire more professional people????? I’m going to order my items through Amazon now without a doubt!!!! Don’t waist your time to stop by this place!

After buying most of our baby stuff there, we got double charged for a purchase. A $400 purchase and we haven't been refunded yet. We've been trying to contact someone who will actually handle this issue, but a month later, still no resolve. At this point they are just stealing $400 with no answer as to when or if we will get our money back for this charge.
