Speaking solely about the donation drop off experience.nnIt is painful to watch the carelessness treatmentnOf the items I have owned and cared for for years, damaged in the first instant the receiving person laid their hands on it.nnI donated a very well cared for vacuum cleaner. This place is supposed to benA place to pass on items to the next owner to enjoy.nThe item was pushed across the concrete on it’s face scratching the primary surfaces.nnPerfect condition : 10years in my care.nDamaged condition: 5 seconds max in the care of the Salvation Army Keego Harbor.nnI really think a monkey would have been more careful.nnI will not donate again. At least not this location.

The bathrooms were much cleaner than they used to be thank you so much I thought the children's shoes were outrageous for their prices and children outgrow the shoes before the shoe is worn out $18 for a pair of shoes is too much you need to have mercy upon people some people shopping there because we really do need the deal.....nIf a customer ask someone who works there like the cashier if they could please mark it down mark it down a few dollars if not wrong all of that stuff was completely donated for free the filthy rich people will pay what it is when someone asks are you the mark it down it should be marked down with no problem at all not making a big deal not being loud about it

I in general love Salvation Army thrift stores. This one is not one of them. They rarely have any furniture and overall their selection is way below average. While there are occasional deals, it is usually on items they don't recognize. Whoever manages and prices items here are nuts. The prices are often near retail!!!n$20 for used tennis shoes! $40 for a pair of $70 dress shoes! Until this store gets their act together and gets a competent manager I would recommend avoiding this location and go to another one like Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, Clarkston or White Lake.nThis location simply sucks.

Monday early afternoon and maybe 8 guests browsing throughout the store and I hear two male employees yelling profanity from the back room, clearly they were having some sort of argument. All the while the Christian music played in the background. Sad to say the least, but prices were a tad bit too high for me to buy used clothing. $50 price tag on a very used winter jacket, no matter what brand will keep me away. The cashier was also not that friendly.
