Understaffed, but staff were helpful when available. Low on stock
Despite being closed for the last 3 months like every other business, Dunham's refused to return an unused item and refund the original form of payment. Instead, I'm stuck with a merchandise credit - why would I ever want to come back and be treated this poorly again?nnThe only good news is that it clearly looks like this dump is finally going out of business. The shelves are empty, the displays are a mess, and about the only merchandise left is clearance.nnGood riddance! Dunham's will not be missed.
Great customer service. The staff always goes out of thier way to help you, and has even special ordered products for me.
Store is practically empty of all essential items. No help on the floor to ask questions. I saw a manager and 2 floor staff. Looks like the store is closing. Sad
Happened to make a quick stop today. They had exactly what I wanted and friendly service made it even better.
