Very good people to work with. We just moved to town and we thought we had some issues. They were able to get us in same day and find out that didn’t really have any issues at all! Also switched our tires for us on a deal and we got our car back quicker than I thought we would. Recommend this location for sure. One suggestion to ownership is to make sure employees are wearing masks properly, not a single one was the day I went in.
Brought our car in for a coolant leak diagnostic. They were able to determine what the cause was and that it wasn’t a leak. They even gave us a discount on the diagnostic because of what it was. We also had them switch over our tires to winter tires and they were super easy to king park with. Very glad to live so close to Big O!
So thankful to the people at Big O Tire in Santaquin! My teenage driver was heading to Utah County when he got a flat tire. We were at home, an hour away and could not help him. The staff at Big O was awesome and got him back on the road in a very short time. Thanks again to some awesome people!!
The guys at thislocation were super nice and helpful. I had a low tire and they fixed it for me. They were super busy but the fit us into their busy schedule. We waited a little longer than we were told but that's ok. They quoted on a set of new tires and the quote was a little high so I will definitely shop around but they said that they could beat any price. I need two brand new sets of tires so hopefully they stick to their word. All around a pretty good experience.
They were fabulous! While traveling down I-15 I stopped for gas and noticed I had a low tire. I pulled into Big O. They immediately got my car in, found the problem, (a nail), repaired the tire and I was back on the road in a jiffy. They were polite and helpful and efficient. Thank you!
