LaFontaine Subaru

LaFontaine Subaru is hands down one of the most efficient and customer friendly dealerships I have ever been to. They really believe in taking care of the customer at all costs. I recently got a new car from here and my sales Eric did an exceptional job in handling everything. I would highly recommended him for anyone looking for a new Subaru. This place provides great service and I’m very happy I made the right choice. A 5-star experience.

I actually look forward to oil changes or general maintenance on my car. Every time I come in, I know that it’s going to be an enjoyable experience. Everyone knows my name and takes great care of me. Shout out to Corey, Adam, Eric, Jason, and the rest of the team. Bonus, they have a fantastic coffee machine in the lobby that I take full advantage of while I’m waiting.

Service: I have been coming here for the last 3 years and the service department is on point. Reasons for giving them a 5 star review are:na) Courteous and polite. (Corey is one of the nicer peoples there)nb) They don't add unnecessary items to get repairs done.nc) Pricing is rational. The prices seem normal here.nd) Easy scheduling of appointments.nnSales: Not so impressed with the sales dept. here. Don't know the name of the person (he has a beard), but he is a manager now.nI remember talking to him few years ago when I was buying my current Subaru, he wasn't that pleasing then. (I ended up buying at Fox Subaru).nRecently, I took my friends to this location as they were looking to buy a Subaru. The initial sales person was very polite and helpful.nBut when my friends started talking about pricing, the manager stepped in and he was not happy that we were talking during his negotiation. I understood he was rude and I maintained my distance.nnAnyways - 5 star for Service and 1 star for sales. Overall I would give 4 stars for the franchise.nAfter all, once we buy the car, we rarely have to deal with the sales department.

Very easy process! Great experience from start to finish. Lisa was great to work with. I‘m glad I chose LaFontaine.nUpdate....Service is awesome, too. Very straightforward and no weirdness. I was updated on my work and knew what to expect.

I was a new customer looking to switch over to Subaru from Ford and I was not happy with the service I received. I started calling in late December to see what my options were and to set up a meeting time because I live about 40 minutes away. I originally sent an email and one of the associates called me and I missed it. I then called back and got a different associate who told me they would take down my info and give it to the gentleman that left me the voicemail. I waited a couple days and decided to call back once I didn’t hear. When I called back the second time I got a different associate from the first voicemail and from my follow up call. They also told me they would take down my information so they didn’t step on anyone’s toes, I’m assuming for commission wise. I proceeded to tell the associate I hadn’t really worked with anyone yet and was willing for anyone to help me and he insisted he would check with the other associate and would call be back in “2 minutes” and it’s been about a month and i still have not heard back. I don’t feel like I should chase and follow up repeatedly to give you my business. I was in contact with three employees and unfortunately none were willing to help me. I was hoping for better service due to the great reviews.nn2/11/21 update. I’ve since sent an email to the address the owner provided but have not received a reply.
