Vibe credit union has superior customer service. I’ve only been a member for a year but, I can see the benefits that they provide their members. I’ve had 3 auto loans and 1 credit card with them and they by far have the lowest rates I’ve seen. They are always willing to work with their members and I highly recommend them.
Been with Vibe since 2015 and they were OCCU and they’ve always been extremely personable and patient and kind!! I’ve gone to this location a couple times, but one of the more recent ones I accidentally left my debit card in the ATM and within 15 minutes someone from the store called, I was so relieved, I hadn’t even noticed I left it yet.
Riley is a gem and deserves a raise for his hard work. Not a huge fan of credit unions, except for the low interest rate on loans. And trust me Oakland county credit union does offer one hell of a rate! Technology is improving for bill pay. But there is one thing that this credit union offers that has me coming back every time: Riley! Ask for Riley he is awesome. He has gone above and beyond several times to help me out with my loans. Ask for Riley and don't look back. He is a rockstar!
