Sherry Nelson is the reason for my returning every year to H. R. Block. She is knowledgeable and very available to answer questions even when I call during the year for guidance. Also, my experience is much better and easier to accomplish when I can come in and speak with Sherry. I like the in-person experience the best.

Error, upon error and the preparer or office manager Kay never called to follow up. This office is incompetent, how do you not communicate timely when you make errors. These positive reviews are fake people. We had to contact Karen Oresco in their corporate office. The only guarantee here is an error.

What is the point in having a preparer when they don't return calls. Our person Patty was not timely, wouldn't recommend.ud83dudc4e

They made an error in tax preparation and have not honored their guarantee to reimburse for the taxes, interest, fees, preparation. Its been weeks and nothing has been returned or paid. Mgr Kay Foster has not replied, HRB CEO Jewel Jones there is no excellence in customer service here. Working with this office had been a nightmare, no contact from anyone, terrible service. The level of stress is unreal. If you make an error correct it after acknowledging it, timely and honor your guarantee. First and last time using HRB/Block Advisors. Do not recommend HRB given their corporate office handles the reimbursement claims and how customers are treated.
