My Son picked up several felony charges & we knew we had to get someone to represent him who would give it their best shot, After talking to a few attorneys things still looked hopeless, A Family friend referred us to Marcel & honestly I’m so thankful for that referral! He was straight forward from day one, he made no false promises, he gave us his word that he would do his best to get the best outcome & he did just that, he did an outstanding job, the end result was much better than we expected it to be. When I left that courtroom I cried tears of joy. Whenever I would call marcel if he was unavailable he would always reach back out to me in a timely fashion, he would also keep us informed on whats next, Marcel is very honest, Professional & he take his job very serious, his demeanor is calm & he shows Confidence even when he’s up against a big task. Marcel is an awesome attorney & I will most definitely use him again

Mr. Benavides is a great attorney. Just do what he recommends to do, do it. It'll only help you in the end. I had a great experience and a great out come on what i was going through.
