I got my taxes done here by Mr. Elandt this year. He was really patient and helpful since he was re-doing them after I messed them up. His office never called me to tell me my taxes were done however. I called 3 weeks after I dropped them off and the office told me they had been done for weeks... That was a little annoying. Overall a positive experience though.
