I had a great experience at the UPS Store when shipping my year 2020 Christmas gifts. There were many associates to help with my shipment. It was quick and arrived 1 day early at the destination. I highly recommend this UPS Store to conduct your business needs.
I don't know why the reviews for this location are so low. They are as fast as they can be, fully staffed every time I've gone there, friendly, and patient. I've witnessed very frustrating customers and have seen the staff deal with them with great patience. I've gone to the Woodward location several times to see the line is out the door. I don't know why I bother.
We utilize this Store to receive packages at our vacation Condo. They are always pleasant, professional and prompt.
Store picked up, packed and shipped an item I won at auction. Service was quick and seamless. Item was extremely well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will definitely use this store again, if I win another item at auction.
