The attendant was professionalnPolite and pleasant. The process flowed with divine energy. Best storage facility I've evernseen. All encounters were good.

I can't remember the lady's name I think it was Liz.nShe was wonderful very helpful and full of all the information for every question I had. She walked me through the facility to show me two different units that I was curious about of which I picked the one I think will be the best for me. Then she helped me get everything signed up and ready all in under an hour. I had no reservation,I didn't call a day or two ahead, she just took care of it all at once.nI'm very happy with this experience so far!!!

Overall i loved it! It’s clean, quiet and i never had any issues that didn’t get immediately resolved. I stored things here over a year. The only thing preventing a five star review is the move out policy. You can prorate moving in but not moving out. I had to pay for a whole month even though i only needed six days. I feel like that should be changed. If i move out on the six and someone comes and moves in on the 13th Ez storage is collecting double for that unit. Who is that fair to besides the ones collecting money? It is in the policies that you received at move in but that doesn’t make it right.

I have always had good service since I got the unit. It's convenient and well kept. It's always a cart available. Awesome facility

This is my second time using EZ Storage and I would cone back again. The staff is always friendly and cordial. The facility is always clean and they responded well to the Covid19 pandemic, which is important to me. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs hassle free quality service with a smile.
