Dr. Bill was great. He was welcoming and seemed like he was genuinely curious about me and helping my growth. I did the life coaching with physical training package. The physical training was good, I did different workouts I hadn’t experienced as well as learned a bit of martial arts. The life coaching part, I feel there were some breakthroughs that I needed. I completed Dr. Bill’s life coaching this past fall. This is not for the faint of heart. It is a lot of hard work and deep reflection into yourself but absolutely worth it. Dr. Bill was patient and kind while also pushing me. I can’t say that I loved all of it, but I was definitely happy with the results. My sessions with Dr. Bill truly have been life changing. He is patient, a great listener, and has really helped me start to develop others parts of my life I never knew I was neglecting. His process is structured with clear takeaways after each session while also being comforting and natural. Vulnerability isn’t my best strength, and he made it easy to have tougher conversations in a safe space.

Dr.Bill is so much more than the traditional “therapist”. He’s an immense wealth of knowledge and has the perfect personality. Direct but kind, zero stuffiness at all, I leave laughing and with a smile even when the topics are deep. I love that we work of physical, mental, business, and all aspects of life together at the same time. It’s a fully encompassing life awareness exercise that has been an outstanding experience. I highly recommend!
