This is not a professional service that I would recommend to anyone, who really care about their taxes done on a profession basis. July 15, 2020, the owner completed taxes for my sons and to this date, they have not received their taxes, nor will she return any calls, texts or emails over the past 7 months. She charged me over $900 and produced no hard copies, stated, use the portal or pay an additional $50 for each set. Their portals are empty and have been since the date I left her office. I notice her reviews are from family and friends. Save yourself a headache and file with someone that really cares about their reputation. Do your research; I wish I had and could have saved me hundreds of dollars.

Infinity Tax Solutions is the best and I have been a client for years and plan on being a continuous client for years to come!! Leri and her staff takes good care of me and the people that I refer to her!! Keep up the good work and I will see you soon for sure!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

I have been with Infinity Tax Solutions for years, the quality of service that you receive goes above and beyond regular standards. I have been with other tax companies and I have never received the type service that I get with Infinity. I am glad I went with this company and has since brought several family members as well as several friends to the company. The staff are pleasant and friendly always service with a smile.

this company was VERY professional. i was hesitant to trust another company with such valuable information, but i did and did not regret it. Infinity Tax has been doing my taxes for 12 years and i always get good customer service and treated well. the company has most definitely improved over the years, and i’m proud.

Filed taxes months ago and still haven't recieved anything. Tried to call to get information and got no answer from either number. Emails, calls and texts have gone ignored. Recieved a message saying they'd call the next day. It's been weeks and I'm still waiting on that call. I understand it's a lot going on but if the workload is overwhelming then hire additional help. People are depending on their refunds. Not everyone recieved unemployment and stimulus benefits. It shouldn't take months to get someone on the phone to answer simple quick questions. I was referred to this place by other people who have been going for years but sadly my experience hasn't been the same. Not only will I never use them again but I will not recommend them to anyone I know. You'd be better off going to H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt.
