The lady that prepared my taxes was a no show for my 1st appointment and second appointment, I waited 30 minutes and left. The person that took care of me when I returned a third time was very informative and helped me understand what I was getting back and why. She also explained to me why I also owed and why. I really appreciated the time Michelle took with me. My answers below are relevant to the person that prepared my taxes, not Michelle, who took care of me my third visit to sign for my taxes.

You're honest with the taxes. But IRs always takes my return. There're ripoff.They take from the poor and always making them repay money that they shouldn't have to repay back. I'm disabled and trying to survive from there greed.
