LOVE going to retrofit! The classes are very effective, unique each & every time, fun and never intimidating. A huge feature that never goes unrecognized is how clean this place is, I've never been to a gym like this before...great vibe!
I've been going to the classes here for a little over a month now. I'm incredibly impressed with the constantly changing workouts. No two classes have even come close to being the same. I used to go to Orange Theory, and I have to say - Retrofit is hands down a better high intensity workout.
