The branch of PNC on Main St. is closing. My brother who is totally blind now has to use this branch. To access a teller, he has to cross a parking lot, and walk in a car lane up to a window. Should they provide indoor service, he would still have to walk through the lot and a car lane to the door. This is totally unacceptable and dangerous. This would also be an impossible situation for someone in a wheelchair. PNC needs to address their policies concerning the disabled and provide safe access to those with physical limitations. I do not recommend this branch. Drivers need to be aware that walkers may be in their lane, too.
