Brian and Laura have taken great care of me throughout the process of my bankruptcy. Brian and I got everything squared away when submitting my filing and since then everything has been very painless. Although bankruptcy is never a positive experience this was much less stressful than trying to keep my business afloat during the pandemic. These guys know what they are doing and are up front and honest every step of the way.

Months ago while listening to a local radio station I heard an ad for Gudeman & Associates. At that time I was thinking about obtaining a lawyer to prepare a legal Will. I called Edward's office and scheduled an appointment. After explaining my situation and reasons for wanting a Will, Edward suggested a Living Trust would be more appropriate for my situation by explaining the benefits of a Trust over a Will. For one of my beneficiaries who receives SSI benefits I was shocked to learn how a Will would have created a major problem for his/her ability to continue receiving SSI benefits, which s/he needs for housing, health insurance, etc. I highly recommend the services of Gudeman & Associates! The members of his team take time to explain the legal aspects of the various legal instruments used for estate planning. This is an aspect of my life I had no knowledge. However, as I grow older, as a cancer survivor, putting an estate plan in place was something I could no longer put off until later.

Very disappointed. I found out that monies that were being taking from me on a bi- week basis hadn't even been dispersed to my creditors for 4yrs to this date, according to wayne county treasurer's office. DONT DO IT! TO BE FORWARNED, IS TO BE FORARMED.
