Where do I start? The worker on the phone asked me to spell my name. A 5 letter name shouldn't be that hard to spell, yet I had repeated the letters 3 times for the worker. Then I tried to pay over the phone. The worker didn't know what number month April was without me telling him myself. My card was then rejected over the phone but magically worked in the store. And when I arrived, I noticed my name was STILL SPELLED WRONG. Guess 3 tries wasn't enough. Very poor service and it appears as if the workers don't have their head on straight, by the way my pizza was cut.
This is by far the worst Hungry Howies that I have been to. You have to mention every promotion to receive discounts even if no coupon is required. In the beginning of Covid, I went to pick up my order and they were slammed. I waited 5 minutes and didn't get acknowledged while I stood there. In that time I watched the food prep employee whip her phone out bare handed, look at it for a minute, then proceed to continue making food w/o washing their hands. On another occasion, the cashier went from the register directly to food prep w/o washing their hands. The food is Hungry Howies which is my personal favorite in the pizza industry, but this location doesn't seem to do it as good as any other I've been to. They get 2 stars as I love HH, but realistically this location is a 1 star at best.
I dont get pizza anywhere else. They don't put as many topping as they used to, but that’s the way it goes I guess.
Had wings and they were great even if I was mislead and they weren't breaded
