The food is as you would expect from a Jet's (overall awesome!) and they would get a 5 star review, but I have had them ignore special requests (like extra sauce, light tomato, etc.) on multiple occasions that I think 4 stars accurately reflects what you should expect.
I had asked for extra cajun on my crust and it’s like they put the whole bottle of it on the pizza...Big blobs of it just falling off i couldn’t even eat it. Literally disgusting, I’ve asked this before when i’ve gotten Jets at a different location and it was not like this. Nasty
We moved here a couple of years ago. The quality of the pizza was up to the good standards of jets pizza I have had in the past. That is until lately, the last four times I have gotten pizza the order has been wrong. Repeatedly messing up my significant others hawaiian by missing ingredients. One time I ordered a chicken parmesan pizza and there was no chicken just a cheese pizza.
This is my favorite place to get pizza in the area. I have never had any problems worth my orders from there. Their staff are always so kind and helpful.
Still the best pizza around!! Only, bad thing for me is ..I like extra sauce on the side (for dipping) & the sauce there is very plain. So, unfortunately I go to L. Ceasers to get really good pizza sauce or else I have to take the plain stuff home & add herbs & spices.
