Stopped in today to buy a gift card. The nice employee said they could not sell me one as they were not available. Drove to hungry howies and they were happy to sell me a gift card. So much for supporting the brand we like.
It's Little Ceasars. Sometimes I get pizzas that were cooked in pans that haven't been cleaned. A lot of the time I get pizzas that are overcooked to the point they are crunchy even if you special order. Most of the time it's just Little Ceasars, a good, fast, inexpensive meal. I give 3 stars because I question the cleanliness of this particular location.

I just left the Ortonville MI location where I had placed an order. A woman walked up from the back room with no mask, and I told her that I wasn’t comfortable eating in a place where people aren’t masked. She got pretty curt with me, saying “well, everyone else is wearing a mask.” I started to walk out the door, and she started screaming “I have a doctors note!” And then she very very rudely SCREAMED out the door “have a nice daaaaaaay!” Unbelievably rude, unbelievably unprofessional, disgusting. I will never ever visit a little Caesars again. That was the last straw. Something really needs to be done about this location, or at least this one particular drama queen. She has no business interacting with the public, especially in a food related setting. Extremely disappointing.
Pizza was delicious and ready on time, but they forgot the dipping sauce we paid for.
