I have had storage here since 2018 and have been totally satisfied the manager is fantastic
Extremely disappointing experience. Today is October 27th. I went to get one of 14 trailers from the outdoor storage. We have already removed 10 over the last two weeks. When I arrived to get one of the remaining 4 today I was locked out. When I called they said your invoice is past due which I just got a week ago. I went there to pay the bill sharing my frustrations and asked when my bill was due. I was told the 24th. The contract states you have 5 days to pay your bill which is still two days away. Now our day has started about 4 hours later then expected and they lost an easy money customer. I was told by the manager she kicks people out all the time. I would NOT store my stuff there ever again.
