These people that own this are crooks. While my friend was out of town they cleared her storage unit which just 2 weeks ago I put my stuff in until I cleared more space at my new house. I've tried for a week now to get in touch with them and so had she. Neither of us can get in contact with anybody. Childhood memories were in there, along with all my kids school work. She never got a call to let her know what was going on. All my clothes were in there along with stuff that can never be replaced. These people pocketed her money and never contacted her about anything since May. I am very upset. Totally unprofessional!
Very hard to get ahold of. I’m currently trying to get ride of my unit and I told them I will out soon and they just don’t answer their phone and I can’t leave a message so don’t go to them if your not planning to be there forever
