I used to be a manager at jets and we had A LOT better customer service and A LOT better quality. This place has really gone down hill. The amount of mess ups we get, and the lack in quality of food we get from here is ridiculous. I like jets food, but it’s getting easier to order from other places. For the price of the pizza, the quality isn’t there.
I travel for work and eat Jets often due to it reminding me of home on the east side. This is the best Jets I've ever had. They're quick too!
Depending on what you get it can get pricey but far better than the cardboard pizzas B.C.s and Little C's is selling. My foods is always great and the staff is always nice to me when I come in late. 5 stars.
Ordered food and paid for extra ranch. Did not get the ranch but tipped on the bill as usual. Called and they were apologetic at first. Said that when the driver got back they would run it back to my house. 2 hours went by and never showed up by now it’s 8. Spoke to the manager on duty who didn’t seem to care. But said he’d call the GM and would call me back by the time they close. Never happened. And never going there again at least for delivery. Their customer service was disappointing and need to be trained correctly on how to handle issues on the job.
The people and food here are great! I would give 10 stars if possible. I have never been disappointed with the service or food.
