Friendly. Works with you on Bill. I ended up taking about 4 months to pay a 1400 dollar bill. They were more patient than I'd have been. Great work! The most honest and cost saving people ever for electricity. They'll do small jobs, and happily. They also won't make you upgrade to pointless new systems. They work with what you have and make it work. Modern company with old school hand shake mentality. I loved it.

The work I had done was 5 star, exactly how I wanted it, but the communication afterwards for when my power would be actually hooked up, was non- existent.
