I live in Cedar Springs, MI and all the buzz for best place to buy or lease a vehicle is your dealership. I had a problematic vehicle so I reached out to Jimmy is Sales via email. I was stressed out about finding a new vehicle and he knew it. I explained what was going on, he listen with compassion and without judgement said when I was ready he will be there for me. Well I finally visited the dealership on a Saturday, not only did Jimmy have options for me on trying to decided what would work out best for me, my whole process was complete in one day. Unbelievable ! One of best experiences we have ever had. The dealership was clean, everyone was professional and my stress level was ZERO! I have purchased a few cars in my day and my experience with Randy was exceptional. He listens to what you are looking for and always has a great suggestion to add to the mix. Followup after the sale is as important as the sale itself and that is what keeps me coming back. Ask for Randy..you won't regret it!
