I continue to have positive experiences with the Koehn Maintenance Team. Most recently, I took a family members car in for evaluation and service. This car was not purchased through Koehn. The level of care and service did not waiver. During the time of service they informed me periodically of timelines. Jake Smith and his team are professional, thorough and courteous. I always feel they have our best interest top of mind. We have been associated with Koehn for many years and their Sales and Maintenance continue to be BEST in class in terms knowledge and trust.

I bought Ford Explorer there, during our test drive the glove compartment was locked the whole time for two days. I asked the sales representatives why. **They answered they don’t know. **I noticed the vehicle smell something but I thought maybe the smell from the previous owner and just needed some good cleaning. The last day we were there , I asked the sales representative to unlock the glove compartment. Long story short I bought the vehicle and didn’t get a chance to open the glove compartment. **While I was driving my husband opened the glove compartment and the smell was so bad. **The smoke smell was very strong. The vehicle smells more unpleasant. I went and bought 3 big air refreshers. One we put in glove compartment and closed it. Until now I haven’t open it yet because I want the air refresher to absorb the horrible smell. **If I found out during our test drive that it smell cigarettes I would not buy it. **The dealership was closed already Saturday. I called Tuesday or Wednesday and left a message for the manager to help me clean the car if I can’t get rid of the smell. Unfortunately, the smell is still there. **No response from the dealership. **Very disappointed!! I would not come back there. Just disappointing because I was going to give them another business and I only asked for a small favor but did not get a call back. Three weeks after we bought another vehicle and went to a different Ford dealer and the service was good. **Very soon we will buy another vehicle for my daughter and will go to the dealership that give us a good service**My husband bought another products to absorb the bad smell and I hope it will work. Not a happy customer!

I spoke with four different people - Tom, Chris, Ed, and Melinda. They were all very friendly and I felt very real. They weren't pressuring me the whole time I was there. They went out of their way to help get into a vehicle that was perfect for my needs and exactly where I needed the price to be. Fantastic people. If you are looking for something new or newer, stop here first!

Purchased a brand new car a month ago. It’s been in for service for 3 weeks. Finally got it back today and the panels in the rear along with the weather strips around the headliner are all damaged. The car had 5 miles on it when picked up. No phone calls back, no follow up, terrible customer service. I called and talked to Ed himself, he answered the phone and seemed way too busy to hear my concerns. He told me he has managers to deal with customers. He also said he was too busy on the sale of a new car to listen to my concerns about what is happening with the one I purchased a month ago. By the end of the conversation he seemed very aggressive and muttered that I was not man enough for something, and then hung up. I would choose a different dealership if you are looking for decent service.

My husband and I purchased a 2020 Ford Ranger with help from Matt at Ed Koehn Ford in Greenville. This was the most comfortable auto-buying experience we have had over the past 40 years. Normally, purchasing a vehicle has been right up there with trying on bathing suits or worse, prepping for a colonoscopy, but not this time! The entire staff was friendly. laid-back and there was no pressure. We easily worked a deal that both parties were happy with. We are looking forward to taking our new Ranger on the road this coming spring, towing our camper, to enjoy Michigan and beyond. Thanks Matt and the staff at Ed Koehn!
