Fast and efficient at the drive through while the lobby is closed except for appointments.
Friendly and helpful staff!
We had fraudulent checks cased on my account from a bank in Nigeria. We took affidavits and they were sent to independent bank for reimbursement. This is standard banking practice. Not only was Ms Carol Wakley obtuse and defiant in suggesting that this had nothing to do with them. She actually called our bank here in Ky and threatened to file harassment charges against us. BEWARE YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE HERE!!!!!!!!!
I liked them for the first few months, last experience I had there was poor at best. Took them 5 days to open an account for my wife. She had to make numerous trips and spend lots of time in the building. They kept giving us inexperienced staff, and I pray they didn't mess anything up considering this was a government tax account.nn2 stars because its Belding and what should I really expect out of this town?
As a customer and a vendor of mine for over 15 years Independent Bank has been outstanding to work with. I love the people there.
