Did all my fight training at 6d6 and I thank all of the staff for a great experiance.
For a small town Greenville International served my purpose well. Convenient to GR, Belding, Trufant, Coral, Howard City, Stanton, and of course, Greenville.nnWhile in town be sure to visit Margo’s Cafe on Lafayette Street.nnFYI my father-in-law Ron Blanding was mayor of Greenville when the first terminal building was dedicated circa 1968.
6D6 The worst airport and service I have experienced in my 15 years of flying all over the country. I highly recommend you avoid this airport unless you have a dire need to visit Greenville, MI. No courtesy car, no food service, no taxi service to the airport and a very unhelpful person working the counter. At the time we stop the 100LL pump was broken, and we had to hitch hike into town to get fuel. The lady working at the airport could have cared less about us, and made no offer to help in anyway.
Great place to hang out, friendly faces on field. Very helpful mechanics.
Nice facilities. Wish they had a courtesy car :)
