Very expensive. Also i had 2 appointments back to back right before closing. And she made me reschedule one of them because she didnt want to stay late. It would have taken a few extra minutes im sure and i understand she wanted to go home but now i have to reschedule and go back all for maybe 15 20 min.

Wow! Guess they didnt like someone telling the truth about how bad this place is seeing as though my review was deleted. Over 6 weeks and not even a refund date on when I can expect it, h and r block has been utterly not helpful. This place and the incompetent staff that work there are a waste of money. Use turbo tax!
