Pluses:n-Very fast responses when inquiring about available units, moving out or just any questions in general.n-Units are new and well designed. The aisles between buildings are wide enough to drive around them with a long bed pick-up truck and 24 foot long trailer!n-Nice informative website and easy to use and rent online.nnMinuses:n-Rented an indoor unit and 2 outdoor units. No pest issues in the indoor unit, but did have alot of mouse droppings in one of the outdoor units (not too surprising since it is outdoor).n-There is a steep incline to access the units and our trailer tongue scrapes every time no matter how slow we are going.n-The outside unit areas could be cleaned more often (build-up of leaves, screws and general debris)n-It would be nice to have a bathroom available or at least a port-a-john. It would be useful when loading/unloading and there for 2-3 hours. It is not easy to leave and return with a moving truck or pick-up truck/trailer.nnOverall: We were very satisfied and would rent here again and have recommended to others.
Awesome place to keep your stuff safe
I like the convenience of their online rental and payment systems. These units aren’t as well maintained as the competition. They leak and aren’t cleaned for spiders/plowed as often as they should be.
Helpful and friendly service. My husband and I stored our kayaks here while in town for the weekend. Thank you!
