Great place to work out - 24/7.
First time went in to join through Silver Sneaker membership Jessica was great she even stayed over to get us signed up i was glad to meet the Manager (Coach) he showed us around and explained everything, Great atmosphere also
This place is my church. No frills gym with a lot of space and always reinventing themselves. I go twice a day most weeks and I really don't have a lot to complain about. The owner is always there and is extremely nice. The lounge area is pretty nice also.
Very nice and clean place. I just wished the tanning bed bulbs were replaced. I had to cancel my membership cause the beds wasn't that good and that was about all I did there
