Great company to hire. Very informative and helpful. They installed a generator & did all the leg work to make it a seamless process and now they come out once a year and keep it in tip top shape. All I have to do is enjoy never loosing power again. A++

We had these guys install a whole house generator and got a service upgrade last year. Their estimate beat two other companies on price, and the other estimates were just for the generator! They did a great job. Our power just went out and the generator came on. The furnace is keeping us warm, the TV is on and the basement sump pump is working. If you want a generator installed, you better contact them early, as it may take a few months. They are very busy.

Love this company! We had them install a whole house generator for us 3 years ago. Great customer service, very professional installation with quality equipment & highly skilled staff who are great to work with. We were so impressed with this company we met with them again today to arrange the installation of another whole house generator at my father's house. We met with Troy, the electrician, who was very friendly & extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of generator installation. We highly recomend this company!

Generators Plus Company installed my generator approximately 7 years ago. The office staff is friendly and always ready to help you out. The guys that come out are uniformed and extremely professional. They call the day of your appointment to let you know when the guy is on his way. I have had to use my generator a handful of times and certainly appreciate the company every time!

If I could give zero stars I would. But, that’s not an option. My husband and I had decided it would be a good idea to get a whole house generator as we live in a high water zone on a well. A few problems would occur without power. Our basement would flood because our sump pump is constantly running and we would have no water in the house since we are on a well. So we contacted generators plus to get this done. We have it installed and we were pretty pleased with the results. Then comes the inspection from the township. WE FAILED INSPECTION. The generator is too close to the window. Since the failed inspection my husband has made several calls and has been told on every occasion that someone will return his phone call. And we have received NO PHONE CALL BACK. Now, we have our service light on. We have zero faith in this company to even call for service. With the generator being so close to the window has now put me and my family in danger. I’m sacred once we actually have to use the generator that we could be subjected to carbon monoxide. We are at a complete loss on what to do.
