Today I had an issue with a pair of R.R. Jean's. I hadn't worn them much & they ripped. I called the Buckle in Midland mall and spoke with Jess (Jessica) Manager.nI told her this is my favorite store & my situation along with the fact it was a 2 1/2 hour trip for me to get into the Buckle & back home.nJess looked up on the register & confirmed that the Jean's I got could be even exchanged & she informed me that she would have some Jean's waiting for me to try on!nUpon arrival I found another pair of R.R. jeans that I love along with a top & a necklace.nJess gave me exceptional assistance & I appreciate people like her.nShe is a great Asset to your Company!!!nThanks again Jess,nJane

My girlfriend is 5 foot so the only pants that fit her were the ankle length but luckily there was a new brand that had a bunch of options in that style. The taller guy working was very helpful while we were there. I also got the shirt pictured, and anything from that brand takes a % that goes to the military. The brand is Howitzer Patriot.MFG
