Both my son and I can't Thank Mike and Travis enough..They saved polaris a deal during a difficult time for the sled manufacturers. Customer service is the most important thing to these guys as they went above and beyond our expectations. THANK YOU.
These guys took two weeks to install a tire, and did it incorrectly... they did not install a tube in a spoked tire, and instead re-used the sealing strip (big no-no)nMy tire ended up having a massive failure on the highway due to the sealing strip failing (was supposed to be replaced with the tube i asked to be installed). They would not reimburse me for their error... took tire to another shop and they could not believe that Steven's had done this, and said it was common knowledge that the strip is NON REUSABLE and must be replaced with a tube or a new strip... I will not be going to Steven's, not only do they perform poor service but they do not stand behind their customers... its a shame because I am a customer that has spend thousands at that shop on new machines over the past few years... I will not be returning.
