One of the most easing experiences ever. First time car purchase and the sales Associates are magicians. Ask for Derrick in sales and his team will get you into a vehicle that pleases.
All I can say is this is why I don’t buy from midland Ford! As I went in to test drive the Ford bronco sport and waited for someone to assist me which finally they did. Asked to drive it, well another 15 min to locate the keys. Went inside to sign papers because apparently Ford requires you sign papers to drive this vehicle and only 1 person can assist you with that. Naturally that person wasn’t there, so the salesman asked his manager and of course nope can’t do that. Well needless to say I left! I’m very disappointed in midland Ford!! Never again. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Lori
Shady. Brought in car for oil change and a day later, brake fluid leaking all over my drive. No leaks prior to bringing to them for a simple oil change. Brought in again for them to diagnose and informed I would need new rotors, pads and calipers. Odd they didn’t notice this when the car was in for The Works, which included a brake inspection- the original report even said the brakes looked good. Had another mechanic look at it and only caliper needed replacement, not entire brake system. Definitely will not bring this car back here for work or an oil change, and will encourage others to go elsewhere as well.
