Was told had a good title gave money down cause he had to go to his house to get title went back to pick up the title was already signed in both the buyer and seller so title is junk when asked of could have money back cause of bad title no and and told me more less oh well before made the deal i asked of it had a good title now I'm out with junk title he is also jumping titles with out putting them in his name very shady place would not do business with them or make sure see title before giving money and take what ever your buying somewhere to get inspected
