Bought a new Transit van from them. Great customer service from Sonny. He treated us like family and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. We went in thinking about a used vehicle and they let us take it overnight to test drive it. Tho the vehicle was great it didn't quite meet my need perfectly. Sonny showed us couple of more , and we ended up with a new instead of used. It has worked out perfectly for my small business and it was 3500.00 cheaper than another dealership.
Always a good experience. Have always been completely satisfied with service received and the manner in which all the members of their team treat me. Have done business with them for many years and do not anticipate changing dealers anytime soon. I'm about due for another new vehicle and Betten Baker will be my choice again. Been buying vehicles for over 50 years and this is the best place I've ever done business with. Highly recommend doing business with these great folks. You will not be disappointed.
Simple oil change and tire rotation, quickly done and car washed. Friendly and helpful staff. They need new sofas in their waiting area.
Stopped in for an oil change last minute since my light came on while I was on vacation. Was in and out quick and the dealer was clean and friendly. Would definately return if I'm out this way again.
