Betten Baker Ford of Ludington

Terrible service department. I took my f150 in and told them that I had a bad ground wire somewhere. They charged me $200 and told me that my computer was bad and that it would be expensive to replace. They didn't even check my wiring. After looking at the vehicle myself I found a cut wire leading to my headlight. After I fixed the wire my truck was running fine and has ever sense. They didn't listen to me and charged me 200 to do nothing. I would never bring a vehicle there again. Also treated me rude and disrespectful

Debbie and her team were willing to help me when others in the community were not. They were thought leaders, helpful, creative, and had a can do attitude. It's a long story but worth the read!nnI was vacationing with my 2 kids ages 9 and 3 and sister in law when we were surprised by a flat tire on a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. I was unaware that VW SUV's have nontraditional type and size of tires and that this would be an issue.nnHaving all the resources Metro Detroit has to offer I did not think this would be an issue. It was! After numerous calls, I realized that none of the other businesses had resources to get a tire in less than 7 days. ZERO of them were willing to look at my tire to see if it could be repaired. I should note, that we were scheduled to leave in 2 days and thanks to a fishing tournament, there was not a room to be found in Ludington. Panic was setting in.nnEnter my hero Debbie! On recommendation from a collision shop, I called the Ford Dealership expecting a similar unwillingness to help. Not Debbie, nope, she rose to the occasion and assured me she'd figure something out and said to have it towed to her. While she creatively used her vast network of resources to find a tire in time for our departure, her skilled and knowledgeable team took on the challenge of my really annoying and really flat tire. Guess what...they were able to repair it!!!! No tire needed! The last few days of vacation and last bits of sanity saved! No doubt, this took talent and a willingness to help. Apparently, these specific tires can rarely be repaired. Three weeks later, it's still perfect. I wish I lived closer so I could give them ALL our vehicle business. Thanks Debbie and Team :)

Just picked up our 2020 Ford Expedition today. They were excellent through the entire process. From our sales person, Josh G., to the new car manager, Pam, and Ludington Dealership Manager, Mike, all were very professional, accommodating and terrific to work with. This is our third expedition in 20 years from this location. This purchase experience was the best yet. I would recommend anyone buying a Ford to go to this dealership.

These people have hearts of gold. We don’t even have a Ford and they took us in after overheating on the highway while driving up north on a road trip. They fixed our car so we could get back on the road same day and said it was on the house because they didn’t use any new parts for us. Then as if that wasn’t enough they washed our car. If I lived here these are the people I would want taking care of my car. We are incredibly grateful for them!
