Don't order carpet from Home Depot. It took almost a year for us to resolve problems because of the installers. They cut our carpet in little places all over and long cuts. We had it replaced twice and it needed replaced a third time. We had around 16 people coming and going in our home during this time inspecting our carpet. Finally we settled getting some of our money back. They are still using the same installers. They got the better end of this deal. No money for all of our trouble and we have to replace it yet again. We'll be lucky to have enough money to replace it with comparable carpet. What a nightmare!
I would give a negative review if I could, the staff is EXTREMELY unhelpful and incompetent. Constantly blaming other staff and making excuses instead of fixing issues they created. After being told multiple different time frames for a carpet measure and install, I finally cancelled the order. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone for any purpose whatsoever.
