Don’t know what the negative reviews are about. These people couldn’t be any nicer if they tried. I’ve only had positive experiences there as have my husband and son.

Usually this Rit Aid is probably the best pharmacy that I know but today I needed to pick up my script prescription so I showed up at the pharmacy at 9:58 they didn’t decide to open until 15 after 10 . I asked the lady why she was late she said they needed to count the drawers and they usually don’t open till 15 after but the sign says 10 AM from my experience as retail that is just poor customer service and poor management. They need to know if the sign states 10 am then that is when they should be ready to service customers !

Rude. The checkout woman cut me of while I attempted to tell a little story. Another older female had no smile when I entered. I wasn't their ideal customer i guess. Will not go there again. If you can't be polite to your customers you don't belong in the service industry.

I called the pharmacy to verify if they had a medication available to fill my script. The young lady asked has the script holder had scripts filled here before? I replied not sure if at this location, but with Rite Aid yes. She asked his name and the medication, then she said I will have to put you on hold because we have some, but for our patients. I thought to myself, well am I not a patient? I live 5 minutes down the road and usually fill my scripts through Express Scripts but the doctor gave me a script this time and I needed to fill it! She came back on the line and stated, no we don't have any of the medication I'm sorry. I asked if she could check with another pharmacy and she said no because I would have to call. Finally, I'm a Nurse and this young lady was rude and not helpful at all! Now I called Richmond Rite Aid and they were wonderful. Stated the medication would be in tomorrow and I could drop off script now or tomorrow which ever was convenient for me. Romeo could take some pointers from Richmond!!!

Had a 30% coupon on my phone with a scannable barcode and the woman refused to use it because it was on my cell phone, however, no where on the coupon did it say that it had to be a printed in order to be used. Called two other rite aid locations and was told that my digital coupon could be used no problem in their stores.nnNeedless to say, I will not be returning to this rite aid location :-)
