Kola, our salesman couldn't have been any more pleasant and helpful. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, well organized and definitely took pride in selling us our GMC Denali without delays. We've never had such a quick turn around time in purchasing a vehicle. Throughout the process, Kola was very patient, calming in nature and took his time walking us through every detail of the vehicle. We were very pleased with him and the representation of Serra GMC Dealership.
GREAT!!!! Tracy was patient and knowledgeable about her job, not pushy. I told her what I wanted, and when I got there to test drive it was clean, and ready to go. Only downside cigarette smell was strong, however Tracy said she would take care of that smell. I gave 4 stars, cause I have to return for delivery. But I'm sure it will be as smooth as my shopping was. For a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
I brought my vehicle in for some general maintenance. Steven Davis was my service advisor. Stephen is very professional and possesses excellent communication skills. In addition to what I wanted serviced, he pointed out a potential issue to be aware of in the future. It is evident that he has a genuine concern for your vehicle and that is very much appreciated. I have never had an issue with the repairs themselves, so a Big Thank You to the mechanics.
Salesmen Sean Turner is worth the trip out to this dealership alone. He worked diligently with me for months to find the right car that fit my budget and desires. It is always a pleasant experience when we deal with Serra. This is the 2nd time we have bought a used car. Our Salesman Vito Granada is the nicest most honest man, no pressure at all!
